Jonathan Bloom (Ph.D.) is Principal of Multi-Purpose Business Solutions and formerly Professor of Real Estate Investment and Financing at the University of Stellenbosch.

His 29 years of business advisory as illustrated in the business services map have provided clients both large and small in mega real estate mixed-use developments, financial services, retail and industrial sectors with the necessary guidance and assistance to underpin and reach their goals.
